Inertial Fuse for HE Shells is a captain skill available for cruiser captains.

The skill increases the penetration of both your main and secondary arnament's HE shells by 25%, while also at the same time halving the fire starting chance of your HE shells. It is generally not recommended on ships with high HE fire starting chance or ships with sufficient HE shell penetration, as the cons outweight the pros on most ships. But the skill can be useful and worth it for a few select ships such as [[Boise]].
