Attack Aircraft

Attack Aircraft are heavily armored planes relying on high-caliber guns, bombs and rockets to deal with enemy ground and water structures. Their mobility is more than sluggish even compared to heavy fighters, and they should be covered from enemy attacks if possible, even though most of them are in possession of a rear gun that automatically shoots aircraft in range. Nevertheless, an experienced attack aircraft pilot can take on multiple enemies himself, using his considerable firepower and ordnance to lure interceptors into deadly traps and off the altitudes where they perform best. Attack Aircraft appear as red or green inverted triangles on the mini-map and over target marker.
