Container

This edit is a first cut at rewriting the rather ambiguous Daily Containers section. The intention is to work through the process of obtaining, collecting, opening, etc in a logical progression, and to list the rewards available in each container type. We already know what appears in More Resources. We have a pretty good idea of the others, and are working to gather more data. Some items here also need to be confirmed. (Some were wrong -> 500 Coal?)

I don't plan to do much with Special and Event containers. The current (lapsed) practice is to describe each one, but that's becoming something of a burden. Perhaps a table? iDuckman:na (talk) 04:40, 24 November 2018 (UTC)
