Incorrect Horse Power and speed

North Carolina Horse Power in game is rated 115.000 and speed is 27.5 Knots, but according to my book The Illustrated Directory of Warships from 1860 to the Present Day North Carolina Horse Power is 120.000 and her speed 28 Knots, so the in game working of North Carolina Engine is wrong and must be fixed! Wargaming alway boasts that they reproduce ships according to their Hystorical Blueprints, then stop doing stupid things and do things the right way.

Two big problems and a minor one

North Carolina has two major flaws, the first is that while she's faster than Colorado, moving at 27.5 Knots, she's the second slowest Tier 8 Battleship, the only one who's slower is Kansas at 23 Knots; her second problem is that her rudder shift time even boosted by installing B hull and Steering Gear Modification 1, does not drop under 12.16 seconds (meaning that can be rounded up to 12.2 seconds), this coupled with her large turning circle and lenghty turning time makes her a rahter frustrating ship to play coming from Colorado. One minor inconvenience is the fragility of NC Anti Air, this can be mitigated by installing Secondary Armament Modificaton 1, but her AA still remains vulnerabile to HE Spam and still more vulnerable than Iowa's AA; this can be considered a minor problem as AA is situational, if a CV is present and is activley attacking NC then AA is needed; if a CV is not present, then a working AA or not does not hugely impact the ship performance.
