Commander Bio:Jean-Luc Picard is the quintessential Starfleet captain: competent, experienced, an explored first and a defender when necessary. He joined Starfleet in 2323 and has decades of experience on board and in command of starships. Most notably, Picard served as Captain of the U.S.S. Enterprise (NCC-1701-D) for many years.
Picard has played a key role in several historical events, including first contact with the Borg. He served as Arbiter of Succession for the Klingon Empire, exposed Romulan plots against the Federation, and has cemented his place among the most notable figures of the 24th century. |
