An odd ship, for odd guns

Izumo, mostly for people seeing her for the first time, will look like and odd, hard to describe thing, I remeber to have thinked: "what the heck is this thing? It looks like it came out from a low budget Science Fiction movie!" And I still think that, all the times I see it. Izumo is supposed to be a precise Battleship, and by my experience with her on the Pubblic Test servers, She has a compact vertical and Horizontal dispersion, that should allow her to land precise hits on enemy targets, but here's how things really works: the vertical dispersion has 0 problems, any shot will hit the enemy, and will not overshoot or land short, but her Horizontal dispersion is best descibed as Hilarious, because, while compact, when the shells are fired, will always, no matter what, land much further right of the target, compared to where you aimed. So better watch where you aim and shoot, as to not hit water or allies.
