Initial page content explanation

Just wanted to explain why I have kept this page short and simple. If you look at the 2019 reg page, it is super long with tons of details and charts, etc. I didn't feel a copy and paste would be appropriate and a rewrite would probably end up being lower quality and a waste of time, so I opted for a brief synopsis of some of the basics plus a link to the reg page. x3101:na (talk) 02:37, 25 November 2019 (UTC)
