Yes, but Overlord said 25% in EU Q&A only yesterday (see link I put in the comment when I reversed your edit). I asked him to confirm again. It's not impossible that RU and EU have different ratios, either. --Snib 16:40, 23 June 2012 (UTC)

Possible for all 4 to be different. Though since it looks like EU and RU are the same NA and SEA probably are as well. Any way to confirm? --Jiri Starrider 19:22, 28 June 2012 (UTC)

Overlord has confirmed today [2]. We're same as RU. I had already changed the page back. Interestingly, based on my own data I'm seeing an even lower ratio. Will keep monitoring it. --Snib 19:38, 28 June 2012 (UTC)
