Redirects and Categories
- To add a redirect, search the term you'd want to redirect, it'll tell you there are no result and you can create the page with that term. I'm going to use "JT" as an example for JagdTiger. In the new "Jt" page (not case sensitive) put:
#REDIRECT [[JagdTiger]]
- To set a pages category add text in this format to the bottom of your page:
[[Category:Tutorials/Guides]]
- Also you can sign your name and date by using 4 tildes

Spellcheckin'
You use Firefox when editing? It should put a red underline on any spelling mistakes. Just curious since you had the word "standart" in your last edit :) - WaffleFries 16:48, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
- It should have been standard rather than standart. I understand your reason for not wanting to use a spell checker if English isn't your native language. Maybe only use Firefox when you are editing the wiki so it spell checks for you, then you wont be bothered by a spell checker in Chrome on your normal web sites.
- By edit your own page, you mean your User page? In the top right click your name, then you should be able to edit. Or click this: Ricox
Looks like they've disabled creation of new pages to stop the spam. Maybe they will tweak it so we still have limited access. You could post on the wiki subforum asking if users could be granted access to create their own user page.
