Aside form this issues the ship is a good choice if you're a speed lover but don't sant to be killed by the first shell that come your way, like it happends with Destroyers.+Dunno what's happened, but now the ship works, there are still a few issues that needs to be ironed out: 1) the rate of fire in relation to the turrets traverse, meaning, the rate of fire is still slow for a T10 Cruiser, not going to say that it needs to become like Des Moines, that have Destroyer level reload, but if the reload was cut to 10-11 seconds the ship would be good, because now if the reload is buffer with Main Battery Modification 3, the turrets traverse becomes too slow, requiring Main Battery Modification 1 to buff the traverse speed at the cost of precision; 2) the Torpedo Tubes are too far back in the ship, positioned like Japanese Torpedo Tubes and thus not haveing very good firing arcs, if they were moved just foreward of the ship funnel, like in Saint Louis and Albemarle the firing arcs would be the best of the best, allowing the ship to use the Torpedoes and turning back without exposing too much broadside. The ship now is nearly good

Dunno what's happened, but now the ship works, there are still a few issues that needs to be ironed out: 1) the rate of fire in relation to the turrets traverse, meaning, the rate of fire is still slow for a T10 Cruiser, not going to say that it needs to become like Des Moines, that have Destroyer level reload, but if the reload was cut to 10-11 seconds the ship would be good, because now if the reload is buffer with Main Battery Modification 3, the turrets traverse becomes too slow, requiring Main Battery Modification 1 to buff the traverse speed at the cost of precision; 2) the Torpedo Tubes are too far back in the ship, positioned like Japanese Torpedo Tubes and thus not haveing very good firing arcs, if they were moved just foreward of the ship funnel, like in Saint Louis and Albemarle the firing arcs would be the best of the best, allowing the ship to use the Torpedoes and turning back without exposing too much broadside. Aside form this issues the ship is a good choice if you're a speed lover but don't sant to be killed by the first shell that come your way, like it happends with Destroyers.
