敵要塞に対する突破攻撃を想定した突撃戦車です。1943 年 10 月 5 日に設計が完了したものの、試作はされませんでした。しかしこの計画は、A39 トータス (Tortoise) 重突撃戦車を開発する上での基礎となりました。
