Card nations ussr
There are currently 7 different USSR HQs in WoT Generals. Russian HQs have an average resource gain per turn values. Not as good as American HQs, but better than German HQs. In terms of health and firepower, USSR HQs usually have the most health of HQs from other countries of the same type. Their firepower is good mid tier, but at higher tiers are overshadowed by German HQs.
Russian unit cards often have more health than their comparable American and German counterparts. Card special abilities are mixed, not fixed on a certain ability like Camouflage (USA) or Blitz (Germany). As a result, Russian cards can be very flexible.
