Pros:

• Heavy main gun broadside
• Good HP pool
• Tight turning circle radius
• Amazing secondaries that have more than decent range for the tier and improved accuracy
• Access to the 4th modification slot, allowing the ship to equip the famous Artillery Plotting Room module

Cons:

• Does not get any AA defenses
• Low ship speed
• If built for secondaries, the accuracy is rather poor
• Weak torpedo protection
