Pros:

• Good HP pool for the tier
• Access to both HE and SAP shells at the same time
• Good set of consumables
• Decent main battery reload time
• Good concealment
• Great handling

Cons:

• Low top speed
• Poor turret arrangement
• Torpedoes reload fairly poorly for its tier
• AA defenses are almost non-existent
