Player Opinion


Pros:

  • Heavy broadside of twelve (12) 406mm main guns.
  • Ship sides are covered with a uniform 38mm outer belt, a good protection against HE shells.
  • Good torpedo protection with 40% damage reduction.
  • Tight turning circle radius and good rudder shift for a Tier VIII battleship Has access to the Defensive AA FireLegends_DFAA.pngconsumable, further boosting her already good AA defenses.



Cons:

  • Fewer hit points than its fast counterpart Maine.
  • Minnesota throws a lighter shell than Maine's AP for less penetration and maximum damage, though oddly with the same initial velocity.
  • Mediocre main battery reload time among; a whopping 34 seconds.
  • Slow with a base speed of 25 knots.
