Can anyone explain why the following is a recommended flag for KGV?:

Juliet Whiskey Unaone

+15% chance of causing flooding.

+5% to the risk of your ship's magazine detonating.

UNless there's a sooper-sekrit torpedo loadout option I'm not aware of...
