Incorrect Speed

Ryujo speed in game is is 28 Knots with 65.000 Horse Power, but it's incorrect! Ryujo speed, according to my book, The Illustrated Directory of Warships From 1860 to the Present Day, Ryujo speed was never less than 29 Knots with 65.000 Horse Power. This said considering that every knots of speed counts Ryujo speed needs to be fixed, and increased from 28 to 29 Knots!
