Cruiser - Flying DutchmanPros:
- Equipped with fast-reloading bomb airstrikes
- Good concealment
- Great set of consumables
- Main battery guns have good reload time and great AP characteristics
- Excellent AA armament
Cons:
- Very weak armor; she can bounce 220mm rounds at certain angles, but will be easily penetrated by shells of a larger caliber
- Huge citadel that rises quite high above the waterline
- High shell arcs, making it difficult to hit targets at long ranges
- Somewhat sluggish due to her large size
- Lacks access to torpedoes, unlike her tech-tree variant Neptune
