You had better not cross paths with this shabby giant, notorious in the post-apocalyptic city of Rustport. Once a military battleship, she was decommissionned and sold for scrap. Instead of turning into mere metal junk, she underwent a bizarre and peculiar upgrade, emerging as something entirely new and rather intimidating.

Madness was temporarily released in the store for Skulls, a currency related to the Rust 'n' Rumble 2 game mode, which took place during the Thirst for Combat update.
