Z-52
Ship Overview
Z-52 — German
Legendary Tier Destroyer.
One of the last German destroyers to be laid down before the end of World War II. She had dimensions that were considered to be quite significant for a ship of her type. Owing to her dual-purpose artillery and up-to-date automatic AA mounts, this ship boasted very powerful AA defenses.

History
Destroyer - Z-52Z-52 is based on the German Type 1942C destroyer project, the successor of the Type 1936C class (represented in-game by the tech tree ship Z-46). Sharing the same main battery and torpedo armament as her predecessor, she was designed with a more conventional layout for her artillery and a diesel propulsion system that was tested on the experimental Destroyer Z-51 of the Type 1942 class. The goal was to achieve a Mass-producible destroyer with good range, low oil consumption and prepared against aerial threat thanks to a dual-purpose main battery.
In 1943, five Type 1942C class ships were ordered with the numbers Z-52 to Z-56, but none of the ships were completed since the project was stopped the year later.
In World of Warships: Legends, Z-52 is represented fairly accurately to her historical design, and is shown without any major altercation to her blueprints.
