The Type 2597 Chi-Ha is a Chinese tier 3 light tank.
Desarrollado por Mitsubishi desde 1935 a 1937. El vehículo fue producido en masa desde 1938 hasta 1942, los últimos dos años junto a un mejorado Shinhoto Chi-Ha, con un total de 1220 vehículos fabricados de ambos tipos. Los carros Chi-Ha y Shinhoto Chi-Ha fueron ampliamente usados por las fuerzas japonesas en China, y tras la capitulación de Japón tanto por las fuerzas del PLA como del Kuomingtang en la guerra civil de 1946.
