The <value_unset_error> is a [[|]] tier .

<value_unset_error>

Essentially a VK 72.01 (K) with a Jagdtiger's gun. It sports higher penetration than its German superheavy cousins, but at a cost of lower DPM. It was introduced in 9.17.1 patch to marks the end of the VK line in place of the Maus.

The <value_unset_error> marks the end of its line.

Pros and Cons

Pros:


  • Very tough frontal armor and round-shaped turret, can withstand against most Tier 10 shells.
  • Decent penetration and high damage per shot.
  • Best mobility among German heavies
  • Decent accuracy as the German standards.


Cons:


  • Somewhat slow turret traverse speed.
  • Low rate of fire for its alpha.
  • Gun mantlet next to the gun itself is a weakspot (200mm eff. thickness)
  • Hull cheek where the turret stands is a massive weakspot even to most tier 8s(constant movement while sidescraping negates th

Historical Info

(See Löwe for more information) Historically, The Pz.Kpfw.VII in World of Tanks is the Leichter Löwe (Light Löwe), The "Light" Variant of Löwe Its weigh 76 tonnes, had 100 millimeters of frontal armor, a rear-mounted turret, a 105 mm L/70 high velocity gun, and a coaxial machine gun, while still managing a top speed 27 km/h. It was later cancelled by Adolf Hitler in 5–6 March 1942 in favor of Porsche's heavier Pz.Kpfw.VIII Maus.


Historical Accuracy Errata

The following are consensus errors or inconsistencies which have been identified with the configuration of the vehicle in question and conflict with information available on the public record. The causes for these divergences in the game are normally not disclosed and may be rooted in game balance.

Despite this tank is historically a "Lighter" version of Löwe and shared its codename, It was stronger and heavier than Historical "Heavier" Counterpart in WoT.
  • In game description said that it was a "Upgraded" version of Löwe with more armor but historically it's cheaper version with less protection.
  • Its actual weight is only 76 tonnes.
  • Its actual speed is 27 KM/H
  • There is no evidence of 128 mm gun being used on any of the Löwe projects.
