Entwickelt zwischen Mai 1942 und Mai 1943. Zwei Prototypen wurden gebaut und erprobt. Die geplante Serienfertigung wurde aber wieder verworfen und so blieb der T14 ein Experimentalfahrzeug.

Pros and Cons

Pros:

• Decent rate of fire and alpha

• Bouncy, very well-sloped armor and thick mantlet

• Good mobility for a heavy with that kind of armor

• Side skirts and tracks eat shots

• Tiny, tiny cupolas

Cons:

• Gun lacks penetration, use of premium ammunition is frequent

• Doesn't turn very quickly

• Machine gun port is a very thinly armored weakspot

• Gun handling isn't too good

Performance

You'll want to bring a lot of premium ammunition with you on the battlefield. The low penetration (same gun as the M3 Lee) combined with bad gun handling means you'll miss and bounce a lot of shots. Luckily, this is a very good frontline tank, able to take many hits with it's excellent sloped armor. Remember to angle your armor and always, always try to be above your enemy to maximize that armor angling. Drive this tank like you would the IS-6; angle, sidescrape, and put that gun and rate of fire to use, but don't snipe and use your mobility to relocate if your gun isn't effective enough.
