The Cruiser Mk. IV is a British tier 4 light tank.

Ulepszona modyfikacja czołgu krążowniczego Mk. III. Czołg ten odznaczał się pancerzem wyposażonym w dodatkowe ekrany. Cruiser Mk. IV walczył we Francji w roku 1940 i w początkowym etapie kampanii w Afryce Północnej. Pojazdy tego typu po raz ostatni uczestniczyły w boju zimą 1941-1942 r. W sumie wyprodukowano seryjnie 655 czołgów tego typu.
