El vehículo británico Vickers E influyó en gran medida en los vehículos experimentales desde el T1E4 hasta el T1E6-X1. La corporación Cunningham fabricó el primer prototipo en 1931. Tras las pruebas en 1932, se fabricó una variante mejorada. Sin embargo, se prefirió un carro experimental diferente, el T2.

Pros and Cons

Pros:

• Good Power-to-weight ratio allows for quick acceleration to its top speed; Hillclimbing is'nt too much of a problem either
• Pretty decent frontal armor for a tier II light; most at tier auto-cannons will have some trouble
• The machine gun it bears will make quick work of most tier II's at close range ( Beware of the French Light tanks however! )
• Carries a HUGE amount of ammunition ( 1200 rounds! )
• Pretty accurate gun ( at least by MG standards ) and fast aim time

Cons:

• Armor is still poor outside of the front and will not stand a chance at tier III
• The gun will struggle more in tier III matches, Its advisable to either aim for weakspots or bring some APCR
• Very poor accuracy in general and goes out of firing range at just 400 meters
• Horrible view range ( Hardly better than the AT-1 ) and subpar radio
• only way to get it was to play the XB1 beta, it'll never appear in the store
