Le ST vz. 39 est un char moyen Tchécoslovaque de rang 4.

Le V-8-H était un développement ultérieur du char moyen PS-II-b et du char d'infanterie léger P-II-b. Le véhicule a passé des essais de l'été 1937 au printemps 1938. À l'automne 1938, des essais supplémentaires ont été réalisés. Une fois tous les défauts corrigés, le véhicule est entré en service sous le nom de ST vz.39. Le véhicule n'a jamais été produit en série.

Le ST vz. 39 mène au au Škoda T 24.
