Le M5 Stuart est un char léger Américain de rang 4.

Une modification ultérieure du M3 Stuart, le M5 Stuart est entré en production en avril 1942. En juin 1944, un total de 8 884 véhicules ont été produits sous deux versions différentes. Ce char a participé aux combats sur tous les théâtres de la guerre.

Le M5 Stuart mène au au M24 Chaffee.
