Victoria — Spanish Tier IX battleship.

A swift battleship that shared the layout and features of the Italian Vittorio Veneto-class warships was considered for construction in Spain through discussions with the Italian government in 1939 and 1940; however, the escalation of World War II and the condition of the Spanish economy hindered the implementation of these plans.

Victoria was first released for sale on DD MMM YYYY.

Combat Capability - Modified Shells

Victoria can switch between Modified Shells in battle. Her standard shells have great ballistics, but at the cost of dealing lower damage, and having a reduced fire chance for her HE shells. Her alternative shells have significantly worse ballistics, but in exchange deal higher damage, and have an increased fire chance for her HE shells.

Requirements:

Modified shells can be toggled at will.

Effects:

• Standard AP shells: 950 m/s, 10,650 damage.
• Modified AP shells: 750 m/s, 14,200 damage.
• Standard HE shells: 950 m/s, 4,750 damage, 11% fire chance.
