Performance
The simplest way to describe this plane is that it flies like a Mustang but hits like a Hurricane. The Mustang IA is essentially a P-51A but armed with four 20mm Hispanos. It retains some of the traits of the P-51A but to a lesser degree. It is fast for a fighter but not quite as fast as the original, and operates better at mid-altitudes than the original. It has worse maneuverability and handles more like a Multirole. The reduced performance is a tiny price to pay for the firepower it brings, as its four 20mm Hispanos can quickly shred lighter planes and send them to the respawn counter or the hangar. Stick to its optimal altitude, pick your targets, and zoom in for the kill. As with the regular P-51A, avoid turnfighting at all costs and abuse your speed to get out of trouble. Like the Hurricane II, the Mustang IA is more than capable of quickly picking off one plane after another if the enemy team doesn't recognize the threat it represents.
