Eendracht — Dutch Tier VII cruiser.

Cruiser Kijkduin was renamed Eendracht while still on the stocks, and her armament composition was altered at the same time. Later on, the ship was captured by the Germans and renamed KH2, with the intention of her becoming part of the Kriegsmarine. After the war ended, the Netherlands continued building Eendracht under a modified project, and the cruiser was renamed De Zeven Provinciën. Former Eendracht entered service in 1953 and remained a naval asset of the Netherlands until 1975 when she was sold to Peru. There, she served as Aguirre and Almirante Grau up until 1999.

Eendracht is a Wargaming-fabricated fictional refit of the class of the same name (formerly the Kijkduin-class)

Historical Inaccuracies

• The Eendracht-class was never designed with a total of ten 152mm cannons, but had configurations of ten 150mm cannons or up to 9 152mm cannons.
• She couldn't have been designed in 1945 because the Dutch navy didn't start design works on them till 1946 in Bath.
• The markings on her spotter plane weren't in use at the depicted date.
• The markings on her airstrike weren't in use at the depicted date.
• The American Radars and Fire Control are a Wargaming addition. The Dutch used mostly native and English systems.
• The Bofors M42 AP shells were designed to be 46 kg, not 47 kg.
• The Bofors M42 shells had a designed MV of 880 m/s, not 900 m/s.
• Her funnel is more phallic than any funnel on Dutch blueprints of the ship.
