Player Opinion
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Extremely pre-angled armor, with decent thickness all-around; many if not most lower tier vehicles can't penetrate you even by flanking
- Unique design of suspension can absorb some shots; also reduces HE-splashing damage
- Hard-hitting gun, with high velocity APCR being default ammunition
- Respectable hull traverse when fully upgraded
Cons:
- Despite the extreme angling, certain thin plates, such as the turret roof, the hull roof/bottom and the driver hatch are vulnerable against large-calibre overmatching
- Pike-nose only works against same or higher tier opponents when perfectly head-on
- Mediocre gun handling even by Soviet standards, also subpar penetration
- Due to its unusual ground clearance, finding proper cover or concealment can be difficult
- Bad terrain resistance
