Player Opinion
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Highest alpha damage in tier/class, tied with E 100 and VK 72.01 (K)
- Extremely strong turret face and upper glacis armor
- Good gun depression and elevation
- Very large health pool, 4th largest in the game
- Fairly good mobility
Cons:
- Poor rate of fire, reload time is long
- Poor aim time and on the move gun handling
- Prone to ammo rack critical hits
- Poor at sidescraping, hull cheeks become vulnerable even with a slight angling
- Lower plate, sides and rear are all vulnerable to enemy fire
Performance
The 60TP Lewndowskeigo is the ultimate culmination of the Polish tech tree to a true heavy tank. With a startling 750 average damage per shot allows you to two shot tank destroyers, light tanks, and a few mediums from the same tier. You can bully every tank you meet one on one.
Its hull armor is incredibly strong compared to its predecessor, but your turret is even stronger and you have the capability to bounce any premium ammunition on your front plate. Surprisingly, DPM is quite decent and that allows you to trade shots with tanks and win using your extremely tough frontal armor. However, beware of overangling, as you will expose your weak upper plate cheeks and sides.
With good crew, this tank will have acceptable mobility, certainly nowhere near slowest heavies in the game. Still, mobile tanks will use your slower speed to their advantage. Never leave this tank alone, as it can easily be overwhelmed. Always keep your team close by or next to you to ensure full protection from the sides and back. Your turret armor is extremely tough so going hull down is the best option for this tank (-8 degrees of gun depression!). There is one great setback though: Never show your lower plate while going up a hill of any sort. This will make your lower plate so flat, it can be overmatched by HESH rounds from tanks like the FV4005. No one wants to be penned by a 1750 damage shell. Interestingly both the upper and lower plate can both become ricochet zones if you point your front at an angle round a corner, assuming you don't expose your forward wheel, or the side of the driver's hatch, you will be very hard to damage from this angle.
Overall, the 60TP Lewandowskiego is an incredible enemy to face and to drive. Always keep that front plate at your enemies, hide your lower plate and use that super strong turret armor to your advantage. The 60TP Lewandowskiego marks the end of the Polish tech tree.

"LEWANDOWSKI Ryszard - Compositional design of a heavy tank with a weight of not more than 60 tons. With armor thickness reaching 200 mm. /Thesis/."
however the most likely basis for the appearance of the WoT Polish Tier X Heavy Tank "60TP" is one of Nikolai Fedorovich Shashmurin's visions of the "Tanks of Extreme Parameters".
It is also possible that this short WAT description was fabricated by Wargaming in order to provide legitimacy to their high-tier Polish heavies.
