Commander Bio:
Abraham V. Hellsinger, date of birth unknown (and no one knows what the "V" stands for, either), once a famous poet, turned madman at the wheel of a destroyer. He was, and some say still is, a man on a mission. Despising the otherworldly, he has sworn to uphold the reign of humanity over the seas, all the while ignoring many catastrophes that came and went on dry land during his justice-seeking voyage.
It is not entirely clear whether he chose his ship, or his ship chose him, but they do have exceptional synergy. For instance, there is no crew on the Blade destroyer and every lever simply bows to Abraham's will, which does raise questions to Abraham's honesty when considering his scorn for the supernatural...
Blade, Mr. Hellsinger's (by his own words) trustworthy ship, looks like a Japanese destroyer from the early 20th century, albeit with some particular modernizations. Other than sinking many an adversary with her torpedoes, she does cause those who have ever seen her to have ship-related nightmares.
