Commander Bio: 

Hans Geister (1091-1966) was a general of the aviators of the German Air Force (from 1940), and an organizer and commander of the Luftwaffe's naval aviation, Geister was commissioned as a naval officer and served during World War I as naval aviator, He served the Reichsmarine in command and staff positions after Germany was banned from having its own aviation in the aftermath of World War I. Between 1920 and 1932, Korvettenkapitän Geisler was in charge of the secret naval pilot training school in Warnemünde. In 1933, he was assigned to the Reich Ministry for Aviation. He was involved in preparing naval aviation structures for the future Luftwaffe, and after its creation in 1935, Geister took over as oberst commander of naval aviation.

At the beginning of World War II, Lieutenant General Oeister was appointed commander of the 10th Aviation Division, which was turned into the 10th Air Corps in October 1939, Under his leadership, this special anti-ship formation, trained to bomb surface targets, achieved outstanding results against enemy ships, The 10th Air Corps distinguished itself in the Norwegian Campaign, and the Battles of England, Malta, Crete, Balkan Campaign, Mediterranean, and North Africa, Geisler commanded it until August 1942, retiring from service in October of the same year.
