The Super Conqueror is a British tier 10 heavy tank.
A variant of the Conqueror tank with extra armor protection. Manufactured during the first half of the 50s and used for testing the Dart and Malkara guided anti-tank missiles. During testing, the vehicle played the role of a heavy tank that could potentially appear in the future. Never saw mass-production.
Replaced FV215b in 9.20.1 patch. The Super Conqueror is basically Conqueror covered with very thick spaced armor. It was less similar to American counterparts due the fact that its hull can taking much more damage, and it had capabilities to angling the hull to makes it much harder to penetrate. But, oddly similar to German Super-Heavy tanks. Its lower plate is became weakspot and easily penetrated if not covered or angling your hull correctly.
The Super Conqueror marks the end of its British heavy line.

Player Opinion
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- All-around thick spaced armor protect it from HE/HESH/HEAT effectively (HE still bleeds through considerably), It provides fairly tough upper plate protection (270mm+ effective when not angled) and also able to absorb a shot from side when angling the hull, as the side armor is no longer the abysmal 51mm that used to be part of British heavies, it is twice that.
- Paper stats don't count amount of thick spaced armor over the hull and turret. This may fool many players who never encounter this tank, a HEAT firing enemy should would not recognize this vehicle's defensive capabilities until they see their shot get absorbed.
- Extremely tough turret; frontal arc is covered with thick spaced armor, and rangefinder is counted as spaced armor. The turret weakspot is somewhat harder to hit and is generally less of a weakspot overall when compared to FV215b or Conqueror.
- Decent gun handling; Fast aiming time, very good gun depression and good accuracy. The vehicle it replaces - FV215b still has better aim time and gun handling, though.
- Good rate of fire and alpha damage, same as FV215b.
Cons:
- Lower plate and rear are very weak and aren't covered with spaced armor; easily cripped by HE rounds. Ammo rack is also located behind lower plate. Still, it can provide some lucky bounces at awkward angles as the lower plate is a bit thicker than the usual 76mm.
- Side armor is very weak when not angled; very vulnerable against flankers, but this is nothing new or unique for British heavies. Still, better than previous tiers and twice as thick as FV215b.
- Poor gun elevation.
- Generally slow to get around, slower than FV215b, but still fast enough to not feel like your mobility will kill you.
- Somewhat low ammo capacity (40 rounds), can be a pain to balance between round types, but not as bad as FV215b.
Performance
The super Conqueror is a logical development from its tier 9 counterpart. It's main improvement is in its frontal armour (both turret and hull). This allows it to be played more as a standard heavy tank and less as a sniper. However, this should only be done in an emergency. The extremely thin side and rear armour makes it vulnerable in close range brawls. Compared to the FV215B, which it replaced as the top tier British heavy tank, the Super Conqueror is a far more traditional tank. It also has the advantage of carrying 5 more rounds of ammunition, which simplifies ammo-selection. Anyone who manages to get behind this tank should immediately load high explosives. The rear armour is only 38 milimeters thin and can be penetrated by nearly all HE and HESH shells

Documented Tank and Crew Builds
Verticle stabilizer and gun rammer are logical choices. For the third equipment slot, one can either use coated optics (in order to play as a sniper tank, or vents for more traditional heavy tank play)

Proposed Improved Conqueror Turret
The turret of the in-game Super Conqueror is taken from an improved version of the standard Conqueror's turret that never left the blueprint phase. This new turret had the gunner's position moved next to the commander's in an enlarged cupola. In addition, the hatch to throw away spent casings were moved to the middle, right of the turret instead of the left, rear. The frontal armor thickness was 13.5 inches while the sides were 7 inches.
Conqueror Range Target
The more thickly-armored hull of the Super Conqueror comes from a single Conqueror that had 20mm of extra armor welded to the upper glacis. This tank also had 14mm Burster plates on the hull and turret to add as spaced armor, though it should be noted that all Conquerors were capable of having these Burster plates attached. Unlike the turret proposal, this tank was only ever meant as a target vehicle and was never intended to see combat.
Five handpicked T42 “Dart” warheads were fired at the Conqueror and the results yielded that the performance of the warhead on heavy tanks were “extremely marginal”. It did not produce much mechanical damage both on the exterior and interior of the tank. In order for the warhead to produce a “kill” (the British, at the time, defined ‘kill’ as the main gun being destroyed, no crew is available to man the main gun, or an immobilization), it would rely on ammunition combustion and crew lethality via fragmentation and burns. Overall, the British concluded that the T42 would make an effective weapon if the aluminum conical liner was exchanged with a copper conical liner. The single experimental uncapped “Malkara” warhead produced a kill on its single trial, though it was concluded that a single trial is not enough to determine the lethality of the warhead. After the tests, this uparmored Conqueror was scrapped.

Historical Accuracy Errata
* The name "Super Conqueror" does not exist in any historical records, plans, or documents, and was frequently misattributed to the uparmored firing target Conqueror even before the existence of the Super Conqueror in World of Tanks.
- The turret and hull of the Super Conqueror were never planned to be used together.
- Furthermore, the uparmored firing target Conqueror itself was never meant to see battle.
