Player Opinion
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Best DPM among British light tanks
- Good gun handling, aim time and standard/HE penetration
- Great gun depression
- Great speed and acceleration, good agility
- Good viewrange
Cons:
- Fairly large target with bad camouflage for a light tank
- Virtually unarmored, as is the case for most light tanks
- Low alpha damage
- Fairly underwhelming premium ammo penetration
- Subpar gun elevation
Performance
More or less a fatter Setter uptiered. The gun is pretty good for a light tank, but the camo/mobility/etc are somewhat average. This tank can work, but it is not recommended as it is very outclassed by other premium lights.
- Note that in 1.13 the Senlac received two buffs:
Base dispersion from 0.38 to 0.35 (In effect, 0.36 -> 0.34) View range from 400 to 410
Early Research
None required, this is a premium tank.
