The 114 SP2 is a Chinese tier 10 premium tank destroyer.
A proposed project for a heavy tank destroyer based on parts and components from the Soviet T-10 heavy tank and elements from the experimental WZ-111 heavy tank. An armored cabin was developed for a 152 mm gun. The distinctive feature of the vehicle was the ability to rotate its turret 360 degrees. Existed only in blueprints.

Player Opinion
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Impressively fast reload time for a 152mm, can be brought to nearly 10 seconds with the right setup
- Good aim time and shell velocity amongst AP/APCR shells, also boots great accuracy with that too
- Decent hp pool of 2000, although nowhere near titans like the Jadgpanzer E100 or its tech tree brethren, the WZ-113G FT
- One of the few tier 10 TDs with a fully rotatable turret, makes it highly versatile and able to work many situations other TDs could not
Cons:
- Only obtainable trough a tedious grind in Ranked, takes 9 tokens to get
- Listed top speed is very difficult to reach even with a turbo, due to horrifying terrain resistance values
- Virtually unarmored, the whole vehicle is a giant paper box with armor only good enough to prevent HE penetrations (HESH can get through in some areas though). Only careful sidescraping or luck will give you bounces
- Like many other high-tier turreted TDs, turret rotation is very slow (18.77 degrees/second stock)
Performance
The 114 SP2 is a huge outlier in the field of high tier TDs. Being the one of the few equipped with a rotatable turret and bearing a resemblance to the large and boxy E100, some might think of this tank as a close range support/brawler tank. However, this could not be farther from the truth. To start off, those who think of the E100's playstyle can delete such dreams, as the 120-155mm effective armor across the frontal arc makes brawling a deadly proposition. Unfortunately, the trait it does share with the E100 is it's sluggish speed. While the 114's top speed of 45 may look encouraging, terrain resistance values means you will average only slightly above 3/4 of the listed maximum. At this point, one may wonder where the value of this sluggish and paper box lies. The answer lies in the 152mm gun. For starters, this is no regular 152 - it boasts an incredible reload time for such a caliber (13.81 seconds stock), substantially decreasing the risk-time associated with large caliber guns and long reloads. Moreover, the 114 enjoys good shell velocity with AP (1050m/s) and APCR (1250m/s), making range shots easier than with other 150mm+ guns. Even better, the sub-2 second aim time guarantees a reliable hit rate at about any range. With this in mind comes a new picture - one of a reliable and devastating support tank. Overall, the 114 SP2 is not one of the most meta tanks in the game. However, with proper map awareness and coordination, the 114 SP2 can give reliable support, whether it be close or far. With a good set of overall characteristics, one can easily flex their might around the battlefield, so long as one minds the drawbacks the tank carries.
