The ISU-130 is a Soviet tier 8 premium tank destroyer.
This heavy SPG on the basis of the ISU-122S was developed in 1944, with a prototype built in October. The 130-mm S-26 gun, based on the B-13 naval gun, was mounted on the ISU-122S. The vehicle underwent automotive and firing trials by 1945, but penetration characteristics were inferior to those of the 122-mm guns, and the war was drawing to a close, so the vehicle never entered service.

Player Opinion
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Great blend of damage and rate of fire
- Highest DPM of all tier 8 tanks
- Low dispersion, lose only few accuracy from movement
- Rather good gun depression
- Receives the same credit bonus as normal tier 8 premiums
Cons:
- Poor accuracy makes sniping difficult
- Rather slow; usually moves around at 25 km/h
- Very poor all-around armor and low HP (1000)
- Low penetration is troublesome against heavily armored targets
- Narrow gun arc, large size, and sluggishness make close combat especially difficult
- Sub-par view range and radio range
- Premium ammunition has lower penetration than the standard AP shell
Performance
Not only does the ISU-130 look like it's an ISU-152 with a different gun, that actually is just about what it is. Besides the ISU-130 being slower, they end up being rather similar.
- Buffs are planned for the ISU-130. Aside from the already large amount of buffs the ISU-130 has gained, it has more planned. Specifically:
Standard pen 215 -> 238, velocity 898 -> 960 Premium pen 187 -> 212, velocity 720 -> 850 Gun traverse angles 2/10 -> 10/10 Engine power 520 -> 600 (11.06 pw/t -> 12.8) Ammo capacity 25 -> 35 shells

This is a premium tank, thus research is not required.

*Like many soviet tanks in game the ISU-130 has increased gun depression. In reality it had ~-2° instead of -8°
