Halland — European Tier X destroyer.

The construction of the second pair of Öland-class ships was canceled, and in 1951, destroyers Halland and Småland were laid down according to an improved project. The ships' displacement grew by 50%, and they received more advanced anti-aircraft and radio-technical weapons, as well as new main battery guns. The lead ship, Halland, was launched in 1952 and entered service in 1955. In 1966, the destroyers were equipped with Robot-08 anti-ship missiles. With the decommissioning of the Tre Kronor-class cruisers, the Halland-class destroyers became the largest ships in the Swedish Navy.

Pros:

Lightning fast Torpedos (90.3 kts at 15km)
A Narrow and Supernarrow torpedo spreads
Relatively short torpedo reload at 100s that can be brought down to 76.5s before Adrenaline Rush
Access to the Defensive AA Fire  consumable, in a separate slot
Devastating AA potential, especially when paired up with another ship

Decent concealment at 6.0km with all bonuses

Cons:

No Smoke Generator , making it hard to disengage.
Quite slow for a T10 DD, reaching only 40kts with Sierra Mike and the Engine Boost  consumable.
Very short main battery range at 10.1km.
Relatively low HP pool at 19,200 base.
Lowest torpedo Alpha and DPM at its tier.
